The product range of the factory currently contains 150 different chocolate creations.

In addition to the hand-scooped chocolates which have become culinary cult objects, Zotter also produces drinking chocolate as a liquid variety in a glass as well as nibbles rolled in chocolate, called balleros. As a  bean-to-bar producer Zotter naturally also offers couverture: BASiC. Baking, dipping and decorating like a professional. The product range contains 11 different varieties: almond gianduja, soy or hundred percent cocoa paste will give new impetus and variety to your kitchen. And also Labooko! The pure chocolate bars of Zotter.
Labooko is two different chocolates in one pack. Labooko is a comparison of chocolates: Taste the difference between the cocoa species, regions, percentages and processing methods. Get to know the cocoa! Naturally Zotter will help you to recognize the differences by adjusting the processing individually to the cocoa type as a bean-to-bar producer. Roasting grades, mill pressure and conching times are varied. By the conching either the racy and strong qualities or the mildly flavoured and smooth qualities of the cocoa taste may be reinforced. When you open the chocolate, you will immediately notice the difference: the delicious chocolate aroma! Labooko stands for an authentic chocolate enjoyment.
