The invention of chocolate
Josef Zotter has once again succeeded in transforming the world of chocolates. With the hand-scooped chocolates the creative chocolate maker from Riegersburg has already once managed to upset our familiar view of the world of chocolate. The hand-scooped chocolates have meanwhile become a fixed star in the universe of chocolate.
And now the chocolate heaven trembles again. Zotter’s new fruit and nougat chocolates catapult us into a new area of enjoyment. Taste has never more passionate!
In his bean-to-bar factory Zotter has invented brand-new types of couvertures. Couvertures with a high percentage of cocoa where you may feel the aroma of a certain cocoa variety as well as fruit chocolates.
Now Josef Zotter has reinvented the chocolate. Everyone is familiar with fruit chocolates but what Zotter creates here is not just some chocolate with fruits in it, but rather fruits which are directly transformed into chocolate. For example dried strawberries from which a wonderfully smelling, pink chocolate is created. This is an aesthetic innovation of taste in the chocolate sector.
New hand-scooped chocolates
In the >in & out< series fruit fillings are surrounded by matching fruit couvertures. The fruity high fliers for persons who hunger for summer as well as trendsetters.
Strawberry "in & out". Strawberry chocolate
Seductive scent and unique taste of summer. Pieces of strawberries are caressed by homemade strawberry jelly and bathed in strawberry chocolate.
Apricot "in & out". Apricot chocolate
Here the tender fruit with its tiny red cheeks pulls out all the stops. Apricot brandy, apricot jelly and apricot puree on the inside with the outside enveloped in apricot chocolate.
Apart from that the varieties Blackcurrant “in & out“, Mango “in & out“ and Chocolate Banana “in & out“ are available.

Coconut milk
The cow’s milk is substituted for coconut milk powder using a special procedure. 32% cocoa butter lend the couverture a beautiful yellow hue. The taste is refined by genuine vanilla.
And for anyone who still expects certain challenges and surprises from life and is currently eagerly climbing on mountains and tower blocks in order to get an exhilarating adrenalin rush, we offer an entirely new chocolate variety:
Pink Coconut and Fish Gum. Coconut Chocolate
In this unique combination trout is processed into a homemade marshmallow layer, embedded on a tender and pink coconut layer and rounded of with fennel and lemon.
