We make all our BASiC-couvertures ourselves. They are produced in the Chocolate Factory starting with the bean (bean-to-bar). In addition we use only the highest quality raw materials: pure cocoa butter without any added fats, genuine bourbon vanilla instead of vanillin, organic mountain milk and cocoa with a certificate of origin from small farmers who work with great commitment and love.
