Drinking Culture
Every culture has its rituals. Anyone who does not attach importance to rituals should try it nevertheless, to please his palate. Small filled Drinking Bars bathe in foamy milk.
Shaken
Fill the Zotter Special Shaker (beware! – normal shaker does not work!) with 0.2 l hot milk, add the chocolate and shake to your heart’s content and the drink is ready.
Stirred
First heat 0.1 or 0.2 l milk according to taste and allow it to froth. Now let the Drinking Chocolate bar bathe in the milk for 1-2 minutes. Whisk the Drinking Chocolate bar. Now let the drink rest for another 1-2 minutes so the aromas may unfold themselves. Whisk once again. Just enjoy!
