For companies within the EU no Austrian sales tax is charged when the UID number is supplied. Important: The recipient of the invoice (invoicing address) and the holder of the UID number must be identical.
Please note that our shop system does not recognize this and the sales tax initially appears on the order-confirmation. After verification of your UID you will receive an invoice without sales tax and only this amount will be charged to your credit card.

Other information
Prices are inclusive of sales tax, currently 10% (or 20% for drinking chocolate glass, stirrer and serving tray). If the period allowed for payment is exceeded, 12.5% default interest p.a. will be charged. Place of performance and jurisdictional venue is Feldbach. Until full payment is received the goods remain our property.
