Crispy biscuit choc: a milk chocolate with a 50% cocoa content, filled with a tender-melting nougat created from a combination of two types of almonds, plain and caramelised, plus some hazelnuts. Topped with crispy bits of almond biscuit, freshly baked at our cake manufactory.
