Hazelnut praline cake
A cake for all nut fans! Composed from homemade hazelnut praline, which we make from fine organic hazelnuts, hazelnut marrow and dark chocolate with a cacao content of 70%, which then turns into a light and creamy cake when combined with butter, raw cane sugar, eggs, cream and freshly ground ZENTROFAN wholemeal flour.
The cakes taste as if they had been freshly baked and are even better if you heat them up briefly, according to instructions. Then the small chocolate pieces melt and it smells enticinglyof chocolate.
