Zotter’s favourite sausage: with intense organic mountain cheese from the Tyrol, aged for a minimum of 8 months. We’ve carefully selected the organic meats used for this delicacy from among our own animals at the Edible Zoo. It’s a specialty sausage created at our in-house meat manufactory, with delicious mountain cheese as the icing on the cake, as it were.
Polish sausage with cheese. Cured, gently cooked, briefly fried and then air-dried to a weight reduction of 25%. Aged for around 2 months.
775g organic meat and 250g organic mountain cheese were used to produce 100g cheese sausage.
