Homemade cashew praline from cold-ground cashews. We forgo the conventional frying of the cashew nuts in order to preserve their true flavour. Instead, they are roasted very gently, ground in the mill and combined with our high-percentage mountain milk chocolate to produce a tender-melting, delicious praline creation with little bits of cashews mixed under and enhanced with a cheeky, fruity little pineapple couverture.
