Dark Milk Chocolate filled with peanuts nougat and stinging nettle jelly
When Obama was president of the United States, Zotter created the peanuts and ketchup chocolate in his honour. Now, inspired by the current US president, Zotter can proudly present the peanuts and nettles fake chocolate, using ingredients which seem impossible, yet aren't.
We picked nettles from our garden, turned them into a nettle jelly and dunked it into a homemade peanut nougat. The nettles don't sting, hence the "fake" title. We've added some chilli for a bit of zing and this is then covered with dark milk chocolate with a 60% cocoa content.Coincidentally, this is actually delicious. It is the craziest chocolate bar of the season.
