For all party pirates, we present a Caribbean chocolate mixture made from coconut milk, pineapple chocolate, small bits of pineapple, coconut flakes and a dash of lemon, accompanied by a rum ganache created with dark and milk chocolates and enhanced with Bourbon vanilla, coated on top with a thin coconut chocolate layer and at the bottom with a fine milk chocolate layer and covered all over in milk chocolate mixed with a white coconut couverture.
