Milk Chocolate 50% filled with cinnamon and rum ganache
Inspired by the Carinthian Reindling yeast cake, Josef Zotter has composed a cinnamon ganache made with hazelnut praline and enhanced with cinnamon, alongside a rum ganache with raisins steeped in delicious rum. This creation is dipped in a milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content and sprinkled with raw cane sugar crystals.
