Dark milk chocolate 60% filled with raspberry blood ganache and hazelnut praline with pork cracklings
Bloody delicious: a hazelnut praline with nutty pork cracklings, roasted to a crisp, caramelised and enhanced with cinnamon, alongside a raspberry blood ganache made from raspberries, thyme and a few real drops of blood from the pigs at our Edible Zoo. We don’t want to waste any bits from our animals, so everything is used and appreciated. The whole thing is coated in a milk chocolate couverture with a 60% cacao content.
