Members of the Zotter Choco Club receive access to exclusive promotions and invitations to special events. The mobile app for iOS and Android keeps you up to date on the latest events, discounts and news. You don‘t have a smartphone? No problem, we inform all club members about the most important news via email. In this case, an online shop account is all you need to collect and redeem Choco Points.
How does the Zotter Choco Club work? How can I collect Choco Points at Zotter?
Choco Points are our bonus point system at Zotter. You can collect Choco Points with every purchase, either in the online shop or in the Zotter Experience World at the chocolate factory. For each (1) Euro of invoice value you will receive ten (10) Choco Points credited to your account. The only exceptions to this are (if applicable) shipping costs, redeemed vouchers or discounts that cannot be converted into Choco Points.
Who can join the Zotter Choco Club?
Any adult aged 18 or over can join the Zotter Choco Club, whether from Austria or abroad.
Can I log into the mobile app with the password of my online shop account?
In principle, you can use the same password to use the bonus programme via the mobile app for iOS and Android as for the online shop account. However, as the customer and login data are stored separately (and an online shop account is not required for club membership!), you will automatically receive two emails from "Zotter Club" when you register for the Zotter Choco Club as part of an online order or via the registration form (without an online shop account). In the email with the subject "Activation of your Zotter Choco Club account" you will find a link to assign your password for the mobile app. If you register for the Zotter Choco Club directly in the mobile app for the first time, you can of course also assign a password during this process and log in with it later, regardless of whether you also have an online shop account.
I have already created an account for the Zotter Choco Club. Why can't I log into the online shop with it?
As the systems for the Choco Club and the online shop are managed separately from each other, the access data are also stored in independent databases. Therefore, it is possible that you have created an account for the Choco Club via the Mobile App, as well as via a screen in the Zotter Experience World (registration form) or in the course of a previous guest order in the Online Shop and have assigned a password via the link in the automatically sent e-mail, but you cannot use it to log in to the Online Shop itself. The password you create is valid for the Zotter Choco Club app for iOS and Android. You can either create an online shop account in the course of an order ("register new account") or on the registration page under "Create account". Even with subsequently created online shop accounts, your previously collected Choco Points from your Zotter Choco Club account will be displayed.
Where can I see how many Choco Points I have already collected?
You can check your current points balance in your online shop account or in the mobile app for iOS and Android. If you are registering for the first time via the mobile app, please use the same e-mail address as for your (later) online shop order. You can also see your preliminary and redeemable Choco Points in your online shop account.
What are the preliminary Choco Points and when can I start redeeming them?
Preliminary Choco Points include bonus points for online shop orders placed less than 28 days ago. After this period, they are automatically converted into redeemable Choco Points, unless the paid order has been cancelled, revoked or partially or fully returned and/or refunded. The mobile app will only display your redeemable Choco Points, as well as all currently available rewards.
How can I redeem my Choco Points?
Redeem your Choco Points in your online shop account or at the cash desk in the shop at the chocolate factory (via mobile app or login in the mobile version of our online shop) for great loyalty rewards or vouchers.
How do I find out what rewards are available and how many Choco Points I need to receive them?
In your online shop account or in the mobile app, you will see an overview of the rewards currently available and how many Choco Points you need to redeem in order to receive the respective reward. The range of rewards is updated on an ongoing basis. You can also receive several rewards at once or redeem Choco Points for several pieces of the same reward item.
I don't order online - can I also only collect and redeem Choco Points on site and without an online shop account?
Yes, this is also possible. To do so, use the registration screens on site or via this link. An online shop account is not required.
How do I receive Choco Points for the purchase of online tickets for the Choco Tour?
As reservations and the purchase of online tickets for the Zotter Experience World are processed outside our online shop via an independent platform, Choco Points cannot be collected and automatically credited to your points balance. However, we will be glad to credit you with the corresponding number of points during your visit on site. Please point this out to our staff at the cash desk in the Chocolate Theatre.
Do I also receive Choco Points for orders of "Your Edition" or in the retailer portal?
Orders or invoices within the scope of "Your Edition" are excluded from the Zotter Choco Club, as are those in the retailer portal. Therefore, unfortunately, no Choco Points can be collected for these.
How long are my Choco Points valid?
In general, your Choco Points do not expire, exceptions can be found in the terms and conditions of membership. Choco Points can only be redeemed while stocks last or until the expiry of a specific benefit offer.
