Mon - Sat: 9 am - 6 pm (Last admission to Chocolate Theatre: 4 pm)
Exception on Carnival Tuesday, March 4th: 9 am - 2 pm (last admission: 12 pm)
We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. In front of the shop there are vending machines available around the clock, as well as additional vending machines in our self-service Automatic Café in the new ÖKO Speck Takel of the Edible Zoo during the below-mentioned opening hours.

Please note that not all manufacturing departments are permanently on duty, depending on the season and time of the day. Besides, all work processes are shown on video screens throughout the tour.
