CraftAkt is Zotter’s think tank: for this new range of chocolates, we’ve marinated the cacao beans in alcohol for 2 whole months and then roasted them using a very specific method. Through the heating process, the alcohol dissipates, but the wonderful aroma of amaretto, whisky and rum remain! It’s a chocolate innovation featuring the finest alcohol aroma without the added hangover. Enjoy these handmade prototypes, decorated with sensual illustrations. It’s a pleasure!
