At the Organic Coffee Shop and the Organic BBQ, you can enjoy food and drink made from produce sourced directly from our own pastures and gardens – farm-to-table. You can get a glimpse into our meat workshop at our new ÖKO Speck Takel, which is located in the former restaurant in the Edible Zoo.
Our Organic BBQ is located just in front of the Chocolate Theatre. We serve you sausages, fries, burgers and vegan spring rolls. All organic, of course, with meat and vegetables from our Edible Zoo, with outdoor seating in the sun or in the shade of an umbrella & marquee (free choice of seating; pleasantly tempered in summer by a mist cooling system!)

Our transparent meat workshop in the centre of the Edible Zoo! Find out more about the production and processing of meat and sausages at ÖKO Speck Takel, watch our butchers at work through the glass wall or on screens and take a look inside our ageing rooms. Our new Leberkäs Specktakel (food and drink bar) and a small self-service vending machine café await you here (card payment only): beer, juices, water, ice cream and coffee from our own roastery!
