Organic Coffee Shop & Deli

Organic delicacies from the Edible Zoo, sandwiches, cakes, wine, sparkling wine, coffee and more. Our coffee shop & deli bar in the shop area and with cosy tables outside in the Green Gallery or inside.

Opening hours until Jan. 5th:
Mon - Fri: 9 am - 6 pm
Sat: 9 am - 7 pm

from Jan. 8th:
Mon - Sat: 9 am - 5 pm

(generally closed on Sundays & public holidays!)

Organic BBQ

Our Organic BBQ is located just in front of the Chocolate Theatre. At the gastro box, we serve you sausages, fries, meat loaf bread rolls and vegetarian pizza baguettes. All organic, of course, with meat and vegetables from our Edible Zoo, with outdoor seating in the sun or in the shade of an umbrella & marquee (free choice of seating; pleasantly tempered in summer by a mist cooling system!)

ÖKO Speck Takel

Our transparent meat workshop in the centre of the Edible Zoo! Find out more about the production and processing of meat and sausages at ÖKO Speck Takel, watch our butchers at work through the glass wall or on screens and take a look inside our ageing rooms. A small self-service vending machine café awaits you here (card payment only): Beer, lemonades, spritzers and coffee from our own roastery!
