Organic BBQ

Our Organic BBQ is located just in front of the Chocolate Theatre. Fresh from the grill, we serve you burgers, filet skewer, vegan zott-dogs and cevapcici. All organic, of course, with meat and vegetables from our Edible Zoo, with outdoor seating in the sun or in the shade of an umbrella & marquee (free choice of seating; pleasantly tempered in summer by a mist cooling system!)

ÖKO Speck Takel

Our transparent meat workshop in the centre of the Edible Zoo! Find out more about the production and processing of meat and sausages at ÖKO Speck Takel, watch our butchers at work through the glass wall or on screens and take a look inside our ageing rooms. Three very special tasting stations and a small self-service vending machine café await you here (card payment only): Beer, lemonades, spritzers, ice cream and coffee from our own roastery!
