Delivery free of charge from an order value of EUR 15 (except EMS express shipping)

Delivery period: 1-3 working days (for orders before 12 a.m.)

Collection by the customer (Mon-Sat 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.)

We will inform you by email about the earliest possible pick-up date of your order. The goods need to be picked up within 6 working days within our opening hours.

The prices will stay the same as shown on the order confirmation and will not be adapted to our “Ex Works Prices”.

Claims Settlement

Within 5 working days after receipt of the shipment and including your customer number, send us a message to: margit.leitgeb@zotter.at

Where is my shipment?

In case that your shipment is not traceable, we ask you to inform us that we are able to arrange an investigation.

As soon as an investigation is arranged, the deliverer is asked to search for the shipment and to deliver it where appropriate.

This should happen within a time period of 10 working days. According to our experience, we suggest to wait until this period run off because in most cases the parcels are delivered within this time.

If no delivery happens within this time period, we are happy to send you a replacement shipment or refund the order amount to the means of payment you used for your purchase.

If you do not want to wait for the expiry of the period of these 10 working days, we are also able to refund the order amount immediately to the means of payment you used for your purchase.

In case that we refund you the money and the primary shipment will be delivered also, we are forced to reinvoice the products you got to your side or we have to ask you to send back the products to our address on your costs.
