I have already created an account for the Zotter Choco Club. Why can't I log into the online shop with it?
As the systems for the Choco Club and the online shop are managed separately from each other, the access data are also stored in independent databases. Therefore, it is possible that you have created an account for the Choco Club via the Mobile App, as well as via a screen in the Zotter Experience World or in the course of a previous guest order in the Online Shop and have assigned a password via the link in the automatically sent e-mail, but you cannot use it to log in to the Online Shop itself. You can either create an online shop account in the course of an order ("register new account") or on the registration page under "Create account". Even with subsequently created online shop accounts, your previously collected Choco Points from your Zotter Choco Club account will be displayed. If you have already created an online shop account before or during registration for the Choco Club, this does not apply to you. In this case, please click "Forgot password" to reset your password for the online shop account.
