Which allergens do Zotter products contain?

The following allergens are processed in our company and may therefore be contained in Zotter products, even if they are not explicitly listed as ingredients on the packaging, as we cannot rule out traces of these allergens:

Cereals containing gluten
Eggs and egg products
Fish and fish products
Peanuts and peanut products
Soya and soya products
Milk and milk products
Nuts
Mustard and mustard products
Sesame seeds and sesame seed products
Sulphites
Molluscs

How do I recognise whether allergens are included as ingredients?

Allergens that are included as an ingredient are highlighted in the list of ingredients using appropriate formatting (capitalisation or bold marking of the respective ingredient).

What about "traces of" allergens?

Please note that the phrase "May contain traces of ... " on food packaging is not legally binding. Traces of allergens result from the fact that we and our suppliers process, store and/or package allergens in the production facilities and cross-contamination can therefore not be ruled out. As our product range is constantly being adapted, products may be available on the retail market in their current and previous recipes in the event of changes. We therefore recommend comparing the "traces of" allergen information on the packaging with the information in the online shop, which refers to the current recipes. During transitional periods, there may also be deviations due to new legal regulations or changed framework conditions.
