Strawberry Endorphin: a fruity strawberry ganache with a dash of lemon in a white chocolate ball, which has been rolled in strawberry couverture and strawberry sugar. Its beautiful colour is derived entirely naturally from strawberries alone.
Orange Passion Fruit Endorphin: a white chocolate ball filled with a fruity orange mousse, enhanced with a refreshingly tangy dash of lemon and covered in a passion fruit couverture whose stunning colour and genuine flavour are derived entirely from fruit.
Caramel Endorphin: a sweet caramel mousse enhanced with a hint of almond praline in a ball made out of caramel couverture and rolled in sweet white chocolate. The cocoa powder and milk chocolate top gives it a beautiful marble pattern.
Rosé Wine Endorphin: filled with white chocolate ganache infused with a fine rosé wine and enhanced with a dash of lemon, rolled in pale pink raspberry couverture and a bit of vegan rice couverture.
Egg Liqueur Endorphin: a delicious egg liqueur ganache in a white chocolate ball, which has been rolled in white chocolate.
Blackcurrant Endorphin: an alcoholic-fruity cream with redcurrant liqueur, almond nougat and blackcurrant chocolate in a white chocolate ball rolled in blackcurrant chocolate, which has turned purple from all the fruit it contains.
