At Easter, strawberries play hide and seek with cashews: On the outside, a pink strawberry couverture with a seductively fresh strawberry fragrance, its stunning colour derived from strawberries only. We add a refreshing dash of lemon. On the inside, a tender-melting praline made from freshly roasted cashews, which we’ve created, nut-to-bar, at our in-house chocolate factory. Featuring many crunchy bits of cashew and some pure cocoa butter.
