Craft Beer! An India Pale Ale from the multi-award-winning Salzburg-based organic small brewery Gusswerk in a chocolate ganache made from caramel couverture and dark chocolate, with a thin malt brittle layer on top, which we produce by drying and caramelising the spent grain leftover in the brewing process. And it’s all covered in a delicious milk chocolate with a strong 50% cacao content.
