A tender-melting hazelnut praline made from many dark roasted hazelnuts and pure cocoa butter, enhanced with bits of roasted cashews, almonds and hazelnuts and a hint of cinnamon and Bourbon vanilla. It’s covered in a high-percentage milk chocolate with 60% cacao content.
