A fun, zingy chocolate: Spermidine is a superfood contained in wheat germ flakes, which we’ve dunked into an almond praline layer with white chocolate. Buzzing underneath is Zotter’s sparkling wine, turned into a fruity bio-secco with a spritz of apple and pear juice, and the whole thing is covered all over in milk chocolate.
