The American Club Shanghai magazine asked Julia Zotter how it is to be a "Chocolate princess" and about all the difficulties when you are a young, female boss in China.
"What an awkward title, right? I´ve been called that in private and public in Austria since I was a child, always "the chocolate princess". Yet, however cute that title may once have been when I was a child, it has changed its significance when I grew older.
