The GOAT of mountaineering!
Back in 1953, the legend that is Edmund Hillary, accompanied by his amazing sherpa Tenzing Norgay, succeeded in the first ever ascent of Mount Everest. Fun fact: at an altitude of 8848m, Tenzing buried some chocolate and candy in the snow, as a gesture of gratitude to the gods.
Our base camp is a milk chocolate disc with a 50% cacao content, and the peak is made of 4 bonbons:
Whisky Endorphin (alc.): a milk chocolate sphere filled with a dark chocolate ganache and whisky from the Styrian distillery of David Gölles.
Raspberry Endorphin (alc.): a red raspberry sphere with a fruity raspberry filling and a dash of raspberry brandy. Its stunning colour is derived entirely from raspberries alone.
Strawberry Lime Endorphin: a fruity, soft pink strawberry filling, enhanced with a dash of lime juice, in a white chocolate sphere rolled in granulated sugar.
Fru-Secco Endorphin (alc.): a sparkling wine bonbon with raspberries: it’s got a creamy filling made with white chocolate and a fruity-pink raspberry couverture, alongside some refreshing lemon and Zotter’s very own, brand-new sparkling wine. It’s all contained in a white chocolate sphere covered in more white chocolate and dotted with raspberry couverture.
