Banana Cake with fruit and nuts
A berry-flavoured banana cake with some crunchy nuts. Sugar, butter, eggs, wheat flour, genuine vanilla and bananas are the basis for this cake, and it’s infused with couvertures made from blueberries, raspberries, blackcurrants and lemons. Added to the mix are some refreshing, homemade lemon confit and finely chopped hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts and cashews. A surprising number of flavour nuances in such a small cake.
The cakes taste as if they had been freshly baked and are even better if you heat them up briefly, according to instructions. Then the small chocolate pieces melt and it smells enticingly of chocolate.
