Even the samurai back in the day made use of the power of matcha green tea: In Japan, the tea plants are shaded for 4 weeks prior to the harvest to make the leaves more aromatic, valuable and greener. After that, the leaves are ground into the finest powder and mixed with white rice chocolate. This then turns into a green drinking chocolate with a fantastic green tea aroma. This creation is of course vegan.
