A top-quality sausage with a high bacon content, made from organic free-range pork, organic beef and lots of paprika, which lends this sausage a mildly sweet, Mediterranean flavour. Our cured sausage is smoked, boiled, gently roasted and subsequently air-dried in order to mature – this process gives it its intense flavour. A delicious specialty sausage created at our in-house sausage manufactory.
We use 150g sausage mixture to produce 100g of sausage.
