A fruity, aromatic curry with a mild spice created with black turkey meat derived 100% from our own organic turkeys at the Edible Zoo. The meat is browned and deglazed with Muscaris white wine, which evaporates during the cooking process. The curry also features apples, onions, carrots, coconut milk, a dash of orange and passion fruit juices, garlic, ginger as well as curry spice.
Part of our Edible Zoo is dedicated to the Utopia vineyard, where our black turkeys happily meander among vines and fruit trees. Our animals are pasture-raised – you can see for yourself how they’re doing when you visit us at the Edible Zoo.
