A delicious spread made from bacon and pork from our own pigs that live in the woods in our zoo. Bacon and meat were cooked in a home-made rind broth to intensify the flavour. Refined with mustard and sea salt and rounded off with parsley, marjoram and refreshing lemon balm. No addition of additional emulsifiers.
The pigs that live in our zoo are woolly pigs, edel and Duroc pigs, as well as Swabian-Hall swines. Our animals live outside throughout the entire year. You can see how they're doing at your next visit to the Edible Zoo.
