Salami sticks for snacking or as a sandwich topping. Hand-selected, sublime matured pork combined with earthy-flavoured back bacon and enhanced with sea salt and spices. All natural, without mould casing.
Our salami has a moisture evaporation rate of about 35% of its original weight.
We call the pigs at our Edible Zoo “Lucky Pigs”, because they are reared in an ideal outdoor environment and are able to take mud baths in the forest all year round. We raise Mangalitza pigs, Edel and Duroc pigs, as well as Swabian-Hall swines. You can visit all of them at our Edible Zoo.
