Fine Dark Chocolate filled with firewood brandy ganache
A wood chocolate made from woodchips from spruze, larch and pine, created using the Barrique technique. For the firewood brandy with its fine, woody flavour, we toast woodchips and marinate them with raw cane sugar brandy, which we subsequently melt into a caramel couverture and milk chocolate for the filling. It’s enveloped in dark chocolate.
