A sweet token of gratitude for all those employees who always give it their all. A milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content, filled with a crunchy biscuit and almond praline layer and a creamy cheesecake ganache made with soft cheese, white chocolate, almond praline, yoghurt couverture, a dash of lemon and a hint of vanilla. A wafer-thin blueberry couverture is brushed in between the two layers, made with genuine blueberries which give the whole delicacy a rather azure hue. Design with a golden pattern.
