Milk chocolate 50% with egg liqueur filling and whisky ganache
A boozy layer created with homemade eggnog in an almond praline mousse and white chocolate, spiced up with some chilli, added to a layer made from Styrian whisky by David Gölles. This elegant, powerful whisky is distilled from regional spelt and matured in oak barrels for years. Here, it flows into a delicious chocolate ganache made from dark and milk chocolates and a bit of caramel couverture. It’s coated in some more milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content.
