The exotic delicacy from the South Tyrol! The freshly harvested pawpaws, their flavour a mix of banana, mango and vanilla, are processed into a fruit puree, which we then combine with white chocolate, honey and a dash of lemon. It features a delicate pawpaw jelly under a wafer-thin milk chocolate layer in the middle and a milk chocolate with a 50% cacao content as a delicious coat. Pawpaw – a must-taste for all those innovation-lovers like us.
