Dark chocolate 70% filled with Winkler-Hermaden red wine ganache and raisins
Red wine flush: a dark, bonbon-like chocolate ganache infused with ‘Olivin’, the Winkler-Hermaden Estate’s signature wine, which is made from grapes thriving on volcanic soil and which fires up our chocolate in the shape of a powerful “Blue Zweigelt” and a pomace brandy; it’s mixed with a few small bits of grape marinated in Olivin – the so-called Olivin bomblets -, further enhanced with a wafer-thin blackcurrant couverture and finally coated in dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content.
