White wine from Zotter’s own vineyards in the Styrian Vulkanland – named after the remnants of ancient volcanoes. The wine flows into a chocolate ganache made from white chocolate. With some boozy wine raisins that have previously taken a bath in the white wine. Coated in milk chocolate.
