An exceptionally harmonious Cuvée made from a Souvignier Gris and a Muscaris, matured in small Silberberg oak barrels and presenting with a fine Burgundy character. Supported by sublime roast flavours, an exotic and nutty aroma intensifies on the palate.
It's a balanced ensemble between a delicate acidity and a fresh, round body, making this timeless wine extremely pleasant to drink, even when it’s still young. For wine connoisseurs, nerds and those who love to experiment.
Organic white wine from Zotter’s very own Vulcanic soil-steeped vineyards and the new Biotopia vineyard, where grapes are grown in a mixed culture, among fruit trees providing much-needed shade.
Souvignier Gris is a new variety of wine descending from Cabernet Sauvignon and Bronner, and is mainly grown in Styria, a southern region in Austria.
Muscaris is equally new on the wine stage and is – as the name reveals – closely related to the famed Muskateller.
The 2023 vintage was rewarded with the PIWI Wine Award 2024 in silver.
