The all-rounder: a dry, full-bodied white wine with plenty of character, owing to the above-average temperatures of the 2024 harvest year, resulting in exceedingly ripe muscaris grapes. Expect a strong muscaris flavour with an aroma combination of herbs, nettles and elderflower, supported by notes of peach. It's well structured and complex on the palate, with a well-integrated acidity and accompanied by pleasant hints of vanilla, with a hearty, concentrated and juicy finish. A beautiful representative of its kind, doing justice to a form of winemaking practiced over generations.
Organic white wine from Zotter’s own “Vulcano country” vineyards as well as the organic Biotopia vineyards, where wine is grown in the shade of fruit trees under a mixed crop system.
Muscaris is a new type of white wine, related to the muskateller, as the name indicates.
