The all-rounder: dominant with a ripe aroma of herbs, nettles and elderflower, enhanced with notes of peach support a strong, stable body. Well-structured on the palate, very complex with a beautifully integrated acidity. Additional pleasant notes of vanilla and a powerful, concentrated, juicy finish. A dignified representative of its ilk, vinified in the traditional way, as it has been done for many generations.
Organic white wine from Zotter’s own “Vulcano country” vineyards as well as the new organic Biotopia vineyards, where wine is grown in the shade of fruit trees under a mixed crop system.
Muscaris is a new type of white wine, related to the muskateller, as the name indicates.
