The delicious fruit and praline duo: on the outside, there’s a soft pink strawberry couverture with a seductive, delicious strawberry fragrance, its stunning colour derived from strawberries alone, and a refreshing dash of lemon. On the inside, there’s tender-melting praline made from roasted cashews, which we create, nut-to-bar, from the simple nut to the finished product, at our chocolate factory. With lots of crunchy bits of cashew and pure cocoa butter.
