A “Safari to the Origins of Cocoa” in our Cocoa Cinema, as well as over 40 creatively designed tasting stations offering 300 samples, await you. You can decide how long you’d like to linger and snack, but keep in mind that the tour starts at fixed times. The experience is complemented by the Edible Zoo; admission to this is also included in the Choco Tour (Zotter day ticket). We strongly recommend booking the Choco Tour in advance! Tickets can be reserved and paid online or on site before your booked starting time.
Online ticket purchases are available for individuals and groups of up to 19 people. For groups of 20 people or more, reservations only are possible.

Here’s what you can expect at the Zotter Experience World.
Start at your booked time and experience the fascinating world of chocolate. After a introduction in the Cocoa Cinema, you’ll explore the entire production process at the chocolate factory on your own, guided by an audio guide – from the cocoa bean to the finished bar – and sample delicious treats at a lot of creative tasting stations. The Chocolate Theatre delights visitors with interactive insights, robotic tasting stations and over 300 samples.
Check out our organic farm experience with your children or friends, with traditional animal breeds native to the region and local types of fruit and vegetables. A genuine open-air experience with crazy ideas in true Zotter style. ‘Organic’ you can touch and feel. Animal encounters, knowledge, art, relaxation, nature experiences and fun with a giant slide, farm golf and several adventure playgrounds.
Admission is included in the price of the Choco Tour.
At the Organic Coffee Shop and the Organic BBQ, you can enjoy food and drink made from produce sourced directly from our own pastures and gardens – farm-to-table. You can get a glimpse into our meat workshop at our new ÖKO Speck Takel, which is located in the former restaurant in the Edible Zoo. Please note the opening hours!
More than 500 flavours: the whole Zotter assortment is available. Hand-scooped Chocolates, pure single origin chocolates, dinking chocolates, couverture, handmade organic bonbons, gift sets and many more. You can also assemble your own individual bonbon box and discover a lot of new flavours. There are also vending machines available 24/7 outside the Choco Shop!
In addition to the classic Choco Tasting Tour, we also offer further experiences, including special tastings, accessible guided tours and group events. Would you like to plan an individual day with us?
Begin with an aperitif and home-made tapas from the Edible Zoo. Then explore the Choco Tasting Tour at your own pace, with around 300 tasting stations, and visit the Edible Zoo – our organic experience farm for pleasure, nature and relaxation.

With the GenussCard, you can visit the Edible Zoo free of charge from Monday to Friday. Present your GenussCard at the Chocolate Shop Theatre ticket desk to receive your free-admission ticket.
All birthday guests, from 0 to 100 years old, receive a small surprise. Simply present proof of identity at the ticket desk.
Before your visit, please note our information about allergens that are processed at our company and may therefore be present in Zotter products. This applies even where they are not explicitly listed as an ingredient, as we cannot rule out traces of these allergens.
A special guided tour in sign language is offered approximately four times per year.
Guided Chocolate Tours for deaf visitors can also be booked for groups of 10 people or more at other times. Simply email schokolade@zotter.at.
Due to many staircases our Chocolate Theatre is unfortunately not fully accessible. We offer all people using wheelchairs to visit our cocoa cinema and to enjoy a special chocolate tasting in our shop for free.
Strollers and buggies can not be taken into the Chocolate Theatre due to the numerous stairs and for safety reasons. You can store them in the foyer or cloakroom and are very welcome to use them to visit the Edible Zoo before or after the chocolate tasting. We recommend that parents with young children use a sling or baby carrier.
