A mushroom ragù with homegrown mushrooms in a tomato and vegetable sauce, deglazed with red wine and enhanced with a tingly hint of Bird’s Eye chili. According to season and harvest, this is comprised of various combinations of King Trumpet mushrooms, Pink Oyster mushrooms, Golden Oyster mushrooms, Lion’s Mane and shiitake mushrooms. The sauce is also entirely vegan.
