"The Queen of the Alps", that’s what the stone pine is called. Stone pine brandy is an alpine cabin classic, and we’ve got it infusing some delicious dark chocolate ganache, combined with a thin, fruity-tangy lingonberry layer. Of course it’s also covered in a high-percentage dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content and is entirely vegan to boot.
