Milk chocolate 50% filled with Sauvignon blanc white wine ganache
This is Tement’s signature wine, and its flavour features a fresh citrus aroma, native yellow fruit, elderberries and cassis. In order to mirror the Sauvignon Blanc’s flavour profile, we’ve enhanced this white wine with elderflower blossoms and then injected it into a milk chocolate filling. Added are a dash of Zotter Grappa and a spritz of lemon. It’s topped with a wafer-thin, fruity blackcurrant couverture, sits on a sweet caramel couverture and is then coated in some delicious milk chocolate with 50% cacao power.
