Squaring the Circle features chocolate sweetened with exciting alternative types of sugar like trendy maple sugar, coconut sugar, no-calorie erythritol to no added sugar at all. Some varieties are only sweetened with dates, while another is sweetened with mango. We proudly present a brand-new sweet and dark bar, made entirely from cacao: 75% Cacao, Sweetened with Cacao Fruit. We use dried cacao pulp, the white flesh of the cacao fruit, beloved by cacao farmers and their children. All focusing on the subject of sugar, from dark chocolate to sweet coconut caramel, there are many chocolates waiting to be discovered.
