Because of the warmer temperatures, the storage times in the dispatch centers and the average delivery time, our shipping days for international deliveries during summer time are usually limited to Monday to Wednesday.
Exception for calendar week 33: This week, we will only be dispatching international orders on Monday (August 10th) and Tuesday (August 11th). Thereafter, dispatches will resume on Monday, August 17th.
For deliveries within Austria we dispatch orders usually on business days from Monday to Thursday.
Due to higher temperatures in Southern Europe we do not ship orders to Cyprus, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Romania and Spain.
