Sweet, praline-soft & vegan: cashew chocolate, sweetened with maple sugar, an exciting form of sugar, made from crystallised maple tree sap. This bean-to-bar vegan chocolate was created by us using fine flavour cacao beans, cashews and maple sugar, resulting in an entirely new creation, at the same time sweet and pleasantly soft.
Flavour profile: a praline-soft body with a very sweet nut butter character: sweet, milky, buttery and still vegan with a very creamy finish. The cashews give this chocolate its buttery-soft texture but are quite subtle in flavour
